Thiensville Pet Boarding
At Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic we will do our very best to make your pet's stay with us a happy and comfortable experience. We will take care of your pet and their needs as if they were our own. Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic staffers are highly experienced and trained to care for your pet and to report any problems to the attending doctors. This is a plus of our hospital, Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic, compared to an everyday kennel.
Even with the best care, boarding can be stressful because your pet is in a new environment and its routines and habits are interrupted. Stress is minimized at Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic by expert staff, attentiveness and proper handling, and strict cleanliness. Additionally, all boarding pets are current on required vaccinations, protecting your pet from sick pets. Yet it is still possible for problems to occur despite all precautions we take.
Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic cannot guarantee the health of any pet. The clinic pledges to use all reasonable precautions and care to prevent injury, illness, escape, or death of your pet. If any minor problem or illness develops while your pet is boarding, our veterinarians will treat as deemed necessary at your cost. In the event of a serious or life-threatening event, our veterinarians will attempt to stabilize your pet until you or your emergency contact can be reached for further treatment discussion. You will be held financially responsible for all veterinary care provided to your pet while in the boarding kennel. If any problem such as decreased appetite, loose stool or vomiting should occur, it will be detected by our experienced caregivers. Additionally, at Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic a doctor is nearby to handle small problems before they turn into large ones. If minor problems develop our kennel assistants will consult with a doctor to determine if an exam is necessary. A doctor will then examine your pet at the cost of a physical exam, as well as any needed treatments. In the event of a serious or life-threatening event, our veterinarians will attempt to stabilize your pet until you or your emergency contact can be reached for further treatment discussion. It is very important that you leave a contact number so we can reach you in an emergency or to pre-approve any potential treatments.
